Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your products carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To request assistance:

  1. Email us at tallowcove@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a resolution.

Exclusions

Refunds and exchanges are not available for:

  • Items that have been used or not returned in their original condition.

  • Services already rendered.

Once your refund or exchange is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the process to be completed.
